EF Education First

During my time with EF Education First, I worked in a range of capacities, lending my skills to the marketing and customer experience teams at EF Academy. My responsibilities at the time included:

 

• Designing and analyzing customer feedback surveys

• Working with central teams to coordinate EF Global Ambassador programs

• Building an alumni community from scratch for over 4,000 graduates

• Managing private social media groups

• Producing blog content

• Coordinating marketing projects

• Planning and executing alumni events
